Great Service!
I am a CPA. Early January, my printer died, and I needed one ASAP. My husband went across the street to SBE to purchase a printer. They had one in stock that would work, so he brought it back for me to use. We called the next day for someone to come and show us how to use the printer. Barry Eastly appeared, and showed us the features, but also thought that I might be happier with another copier. He let us use the current copier (not charging us anything) while he visited me on numerous occassions to determine which copier would be best. After making a decision, Barry was there to install both the printer and the drivers. When we have questions on various features of the copier, he promptly comes over (usually within the hour) to help us. Barry always has a smile on his face no matter what the situation is. I am impresed with the service, and would absolutely recommend SBE to anyone!!

Our company recently purchased a new Imagerunner 5065. I am writing to thank you for having such a knowledgeable and professional group working for Superior. Joe, Ken and Anna did a terrific job while conducting the install of the unit at A. N. Deringer's Sweetgrass office.
They also assisted with maneuvering the old model to our Meat Inspection facility. They even took the time to train the group at this location on how to use the older model. This was appreciated even though it was an "older" machine, it is certainly new to them.
In particular, I must point out Joe's expertise. His years of experience and knowledge were truly evident and his congenial manner made the entire process of learning the many features of our machine a lot of fun.
Oh yes, I cannot forget Jim. Jim has given us years of wonderful maintenance service. Please also include him!

Superior and their representative, Joann Gogo, have been great to deal with. We purchased our copiers in January, 2011. Since our purchase I have called Superior several times for small issues relating to set up of the machines. Superior has always provided me the information I needed either by telephone or sending a technician right over to show me what needed to be done. I have also had to call upon Joann’s experience in teaching my staff all the new features of our photocopiers. Joann has come over several times at my request to teach our staff very specific functions on the photocopier. It has made the learning curve for our staff much easier and quicker. Joann is very knowledgeable when it comes to photocopiers and has always been more than willing to help or teach us. It is a relief to know that I can call upon Superior for any questions concerning the use of our new photocopiers.

We purchased 6 new Canon imageRunner-Advance 6055 copiers the beginning of the year 2011 from SBE. SBE ensured us that they would help get them all up and running and they did just that. As questions or issues arose they were there quick to help. We also use the CarbonSix monitoring software to monitor the toner levels and maintenance issues; this gives us the info we need and also sends us toner as we need it for all 60 HP printers in our fleet
