Superior Business Equipment is committed to providing their customers a Total Digital Office Solution endeavoring to exceed their expectation in both performance and service. Our goal is to continue to assist organizations in improving their own performance through more efficient document management. We provide document handling processes that increase performance and reduce costs of document input, output and management. Because we have a local presence we are committed to be faster, simpler and easier to do business with.

HISTORY

SBE is a long established business that has been locally owned and operated since 1979. Originally founded by Ted Schultz and the Harris VF Ranch, (Philip and Arlene Harris, Keith and Gayle Harris). The company has grown successfully and was acquired by long standing employee, Patty Byrne and her husband Rick in August 2010. Patty’s vision is dedicated to increased high levels of customer satisfaction and support services.

  • 1979 we became the authorized Canon dealer for analog black and white copiers for Cascade County and twelve surrounding counties.
  • Canon Fax and CLC color copiers were added as Canon introduced them.
  • 1990 SBE added RISO digital duplicators to our product line.
  • 1999 SBE became a Savin and HP dealer to give our customers an alternate choice.
  • 2003 Lexmark, Brother and Oki Data were added to our product line.
  • 2008 SBE introduced Managed Print Services
  • 2010 The Harris Family sold the Business to Patty and Rick Byrne
  • 2011 Xerox and Xante were added to our product line

We have a highly qualified team in sales and service backed by an outstanding support team at SBE. Our success has occurred simply because we have been willing to change with the industry. We have implemented all the tools that our team members need to succeed. This has generated a winning culture, and the results of this culture have benefited our customers. Success starts at the top and trickles down. The experience of our entire team, our policies and strategies all have one common goal and that is to satisfy the customer. No sale is ever finished. We want to grow the relationships we establish when customers purchase technology. The best way to enhance a positive relationship is with quality service. That is what our client's have come to know about us. 2011 marks our 32nd anniversary and we are blessed to be of service to our many customers and look forward to many new business partnerships.
